PPI is part of the RIPEEE 2 consortium, a collaborative industrial project exploring new ways to recover plastic waste and reintegrate recycled materials into new products.
A Report from the Assises des Matériaux Durables
The RIPEEE 2 project was showcased at the Assises des Matériaux Durables in Clermont-Ferrand. During the event, our consortium presented its initiatives and solutions on a dedicated booth, highlighting our shared commitment to a more responsible and sustainable plastics industry. It was a valuable opportunity to connect with experts, manufacturers and project leaders who share the same vision.
RIPEEE 2: A Circular Economy Initiative
The RIPEEE 2 initiative brings together complementary expertise across the circular value chain, from waste collection and material recovery through eco-engineering and the injection molding of new plastic components.
PPI’s Role
As a plastic injection molding specialist, PPI contributes its expertise in material processing and the manufacture of technical, eco-engineeringed plastic components. By working with new material and process approaches, our objective is to help reduce the environmental impact associated with plastics manufacturing while maintaining the performance and quality required by industrial applications.
A big thank you to our partners!
We would like to thank OTECI News – AURA for highlighting this project, as well as all the partners involved in RIPEEE 2. Together, we will build a more sustainable and innovative plastics industry!
